Site requested for five new Chemical Dosing pumps to be installed that can deliver at higher output.
1. Upon arrival I can see there has been multiple Caustic and Ferric leaks within both dosing cabinets.
2. I wiped down all of the contaminated areas, so when we do change the pumps over, we have less chance of catching any chemical burns.
4. All 5x pumps were replaced with new more powerful pumps.
5. All of the old pumps hadn’t had any hellerman sleeving or ferrules for terminating the pumps.
6. So all new pumps have had the sleeving and crimps, ensuring a tidier finish and better connection for terminating.
